Join Us at The Adolphus for the Sixth Annual 86 Cancer Event – A Night of Culinary Excellence and Purpose
Step into The Adolphus’ Grand Ballroom for an unforgettable evening dedicated to a noble cause. The 86 Cancer event returns for its sixth year, bringing together the finest chefs in Dallas and aspiring culinary students from Dallas College “El Centro” for a thrilling Chopped-style competition. This year, we’re not just serving incredible dishes—we’re serving hope, with every bite and every bid contributing to the fight against cancer.
Hosted by local Dallas personality Hannah Davis, this charity event features:
- Premium Open Bar: Enjoy a full hosted bar with handcrafted cocktails.
- Heavy Passed Hors d’Oeuvres: Savor a variety of small bites.
- Interactive Food Stations: Experience culinary creations from Dallas’ top participating chefs.
- Silent Auction: Bid on luxury hotel stays, VIP sporting event suites, a wine pull, and more.
- Support for Pelotonia: All proceeds benefit cancer research through Pelotonia’s vital mission.
As you indulge in the flavors, you’ll be supporting a cause that touches us all. Pelotonia, established in 2008, is a vibrant community united by the shared goal of ending cancer, centered around a three-day cycling experience, entertainment, and volunteer opportunities.
Participating Chefs include:
- Henry Johnson (Bistro 31)
- Dan Landsberg (Circle T Ranch)
- Aubrey Murphy (Ser)
- Travis Wyatt (Mirador)
- David Gomez (Tango Room)
- Richard Blankenship (Te Deseo)
Don’t miss your chance to be part of this impactful evening. Tickets are $130 per person and include a full hosted bar with handcrafted cocktails. Together, let’s raise our glasses, our paddles, and our hopes to 86 Cancer.
