Our Venues

Ivory-paneled walls, dentil molding and herringbone parquet floor add timeless elegance to the 2,200-square-foot ballroom on the 19th floor. With arched barrel-vaulted ceilings and brass and opaque glass globe lights, the light-filled room is one of our most unforgettable spaces and will serve as a beautiful backdrop for your wedding ceremony or reception.


The venue of some of the most iconic Dallas weddings, The Grand Ballroom is the epitome of wedding luxury. Host dazzling receptions for up to 400 guests in our sweeping 5,300-square-foot Grand Ballroom with soaring 20-foot ceilings. Located on ballroom level.


Located on the ballroom level, The Century Ballroom can host receptions for up to 250 guests in the 4,400 square foot ballroom with 20-foot ceilings, chandeliers and 10-foot windows.


Up to 250 guests can celebrate your special day in the 2,200-square-foot Sam Rayburn Room.


For intimate wedding receptions or ceremonies, the John Neely Bryan Room offers 826 square-feet of stylish events space for up to 50 guests.

With more than 30 years of experience in catering sales, Paula Fenner is a 2016 Women in Tourism honoree and a salsa loving Texan. As the Director of Catering & Convention Services at The Adolphus, Paula is responsible for the strategic direction of the top-line revenues for the Catering and Conference Services Department. With a multitude of accomplishments, Paula has proven to be an effective and energetic leader with a love of food & beverage and people. She has not only thrived in the fast paced world of sales but has also thrived as a brand ambassador for the community.
