How early can we check in?

Our standard check-in time is 3pm, but you’re welcome to enjoy all of our facilities (or grab a drink at Social Lobby bar) while you wait for your room.

How late can we check out?

Check-out time is noon.

Is there housekeeping?

Yes, every day of your stay.

Does The Adolphus have a photography policy?

The Adolphus only permits outside photography if it is associated with a wedding contracted at the hotel. We strictly adhere to this rule in an effort to preserve our guests' experiences.

Where can I store my valuables?

You’ll find a safe in your guest room, and there are safety deposit boxes at the front desk.

What room types are available?

The 407 rooms at The Adolphus deliver 407 distinct experiences. Simultaneously residential—like a refined European estate—and distinctly Dallas in design, our gracious rooms and suites allow space to unwind from the bustle of the city, with soaring 10-foot ceilings.

What amenities are offered at The Adolphus, Autograph Collection?

Our property features several dining experiences, Spa Adolphus, Barber Shop, Commerce Goods + Supply, shoe shine, concierge services, daily housekeeping, wake-up calls, house car transportation, and more.

What dining options are available at The Adolphus?

Discover a diverse culinary scene at The Adolphus. Otto's Coffee + Fine Foods and Rodeo Bar are located on the street level. On our Social Lobby level, guests can enjoy City Hall Bistro, The French Room, The French Room Bar, and Social Lobby Bar. Pool Adolphus is located on the seventh floor, and Sushi by Scratch is located on the eighth floor.

Is The Adolphus pet-friendly?

Yes, we’d love to welcome your pet. A cleaning fee of $150 per stay applies with a pet weight limit up to 40 pounds, max. Limit two pets per guest room. Sorry, no cats permitted. Additional fees may apply.

Where are you located?

The Adolphus is located in Downtown Dallas just steps from AT&T Discovery District. Our address is 1321 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas, 75202.

Is there an airport nearby?

We’re just seven miles, or a 20-minute drive from Dallas Love Field (DAL). You can also fly into Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), which is just over 20 miles southeast and a 30-minute drive.

Do you provide airport shuttles?

No, but you can easily order a rideshare, get an airport taxi (from Love Field for $25 one-way; from Dallas/Fort Worth for $50 one-way) or reserve an AircarNow in advance (between $66 and $80).

Is there valet parking?

Yes, valet parking is available at The Adolphus for $26 daily. Overnight valet parking is $65. Pricing may vary for oversized vehicles.

Do you have a house car?

The Adolphus courtesy luxury vehicle is available for guest use within a 3-mile radius on a first-come-first-served basis. The courtesy car is available from 10 am and 10 pm. Note, it is for drop off service only–it's not available for pick up service.

Do you have parking spaces available?

We’re happy to offer all of our guests the convenience of valet parking services. We do not offer self-parking.

Dining & Amenities
Does afternoon tea at The French Room have a dress code?

At The French Room, guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion. Afternoon Tea is a long-celebrated tradition, and we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing shorts, casual hats and shirts, ripped denim and athletic wear while dining. Any guest who does not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry.

How can I make or modify reservations at The French Room and The French Room Bar?

All reservations can be made or modified via the Resy app or resy.com. For afternoon tea, please reserve at The French Room. For dinner service, please reserve at The French Room Bar.

Is Pool Adolphus, the rooftop pool, open to the public?

Pool Adolphus is an exclusive amenity for hotel guests, guests of Spa Adolphus, and those who have purchased day-use access from ResortPass.

Is Spa Adolphus open to the public?

Yes, Spa Adolphus is available for our guests and locals alike. Reservations are highly recommended but not required.
