For over a century, this Dallas landmark has welcomed guests with warmth, grace, and a dedication to the art of hospitality. Now, we invite you to raise a glass to the past, present, and future with a five-course prix-fixe dinner crafted with care by Chef Frederic Sulis.

Beneath the glow of crystal chandeliers, you’ll savor a menu inspired by the season’s finest ingredients, each course paired perfectly to elevate the flavors and the moment. Make it a night to remember—take the elevator home and stay with us in one of our well-appointed guest rooms or opulent suites.
